Cutting and joints

Mechanical clipping is a rapid and economical assembly solution, enabling components to be joined without additional fasteners. It is widely used for injection-moulded plastic parts and high-volume products, while offering good repeatability and significant time savings during assembly.

Screw

Controlled screw assembly ensures reliable and repeatable fastening of mechanical and plastic components. Tightening torques are managed to guarantee the mechanical integrity of assemblies while preserving the integrity of the parts. This technique is particularly suited to products requiring disassembly, maintenance, or upgradeability.

Gluing

Industrial bonding allows for the durable assembly of heterogeneous materials such as plastics, metals, or composites. This technology is ideal when mechanical, aesthetic, or sealing constraints make screwing or clipping unsuitable. Bonding also contributes to better stress distribution and a neat visual finish.
