- Consolidation / drafting of specifications for internal consultation,
- Identification and estimation of quality, cost and deadline targets for customers,
- Creation and update of customer files, on the CRM
- Drafting of methods and best practices
- Evolution of the job descriptions
- Update of the commercial RETEX

- With a higher education in business or technology, your main drivers are listening and proposing pragmatic solutions, adapted to the needs of customers,
- You know how to identify the latent needs of customers, in order to propose solutions that go beyond what they can express.
- You are curious, rigorous, have a taste for technology, and are able to show curiosity.
- You benefit from a network of clients and prospects adapted to our company size and the sectors of activity we serve:
