Frequently asked questions
Injection entre 200–260 °C, moule à 40–80 °C. Pré-séchage : 2–3 h à 80 °C. Comportement à l'écoulement similaire à l'ABS. Retrait faible (0,4–0,7 %). Bonne aptitude aux surfaces brillantes.
L'ASA est recyclable (code 7). Ses propriétés UV stabilisées se maintiennent mieux après recyclage que l'ABS. Filières principalement industrielles.
L'ASA standard n'est pas certifié contact alimentaire. Utiliser PP ou PE pour toute application alimentaire.
