L'ABS résiste aux acides dilués, bases et huiles minérales. Sensible aux solvants aromatiques (toluène, acétone), hydrocarbures chlorés et esters. Contact prolongé avec des graisses peut provoquer du stress-cracking. Non recommandé en milieu oxydant fort.
