In order to support our growth, we are looking to recruit a

business developer - plastic injection (M/F) for the Normandy, Brittany and Pays de Loire area

• With a higher education in business or technology, your main drivers are listening and proposing pragmatic solutions, adapted to the needs of customers,
• You know how to identify the latent needs of customers, in order to propose solutions that go beyond what they can express.
• You are curious, rigorous, have a taste for technology, and are able to show curiosity.
• You benefit from a network of clients and prospects adapted to our company size and the sectors of activity we serve:
  • injection of technical and appearance parts,
    • Monomaterial
    • Bi and sorting of materials
    • Overmoulding of metal / textile / glass inserts
  • For the leisure, sports, industry and transport sectors.

Your missions are the following:

• Targeted commercial prospecting,
• Identification and analysis of customer needs,
• Consolidation / drafting of specifications for internal consultation,
• Identification and estimation of quality, cost and deadline targets for customers,
• Creation and update of customer files, on the CRM
• Drafting of methods and best practices
• Evolution of the job descriptions
• Update of the commercial RETEX
