{"id":4770,"date":"2022-10-13T12:01:20","date_gmt":"2022-10-13T10:01:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hybster.com\/?post_type=documentation&#038;p=4770"},"modified":"2026-03-24T15:24:07","modified_gmt":"2026-03-24T14:24:07","slug":"injection-plastiques-recycles","status":"publish","type":"documentation","link":"https:\/\/hybster.com\/fr\/documentation\/injection-plastiques-recycles\/","title":{"rendered":"4 mani\u00e8res de fabriquer des produits en plastiques recycl\u00e9s."},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>De nombreux clients nous demandent si nous pouvons utiliser des <strong>plastiques biosourc\u00e9s ou des mat\u00e9riaux plastiques recycl\u00e9s<\/strong> dans nos productions. \u00c9videmment, la r\u00e9ponse est <strong>OUI ! <\/strong><br \/>Il y a n\u00e9anmoins plusieurs mani\u00e8res de r\u00e9aliser des produits en plastiques recycl\u00e9s.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plastiques recycl\u00e9s, Plastiques recyclables, Plastiques biosourc\u00e9s ou plastiques biod\u00e9gradables &#8211; Faisons le point !<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>On peut constater une tr\u00e8s grande variabilit\u00e9 du taux de recyclage des plastiques par pays, mais surtout par famille de plastiques. En effet, 7 familles de recyclage existent pour le plastiques :<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>PET<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>HDPE<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>PVC<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>LDPE<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>PP<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>EPS<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>AUTRES<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Vous aurez donc d\u00e9j\u00e0 compris que les plastiques biosourc\u00e9s \u00ab\u00a0exotiques\u00a0\u00bb sont d&rsquo;ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 classifi\u00e9s dans les \u00ab\u00a0AUTRES\u00a0\u00bb, <strong>Les plastiques biosourc\u00e9s ne sont pas automatiquement recyclables<\/strong> ! et les <strong>plastiques<\/strong> <strong>biosourc\u00e9s ne sont pas automatiquement biod\u00e9gradables !<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>En revanche, <strong>les plastiques<\/strong> <strong>recycl\u00e9s sont forc\u00e9ment recyclables<\/strong> (CQFD), mais l&rsquo;inverse ne l&rsquo;est pas vraiment (en tout cas, pas dans la pratique !)<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong><em>Les mati\u00e8res telles que <a title=\"ABS \u2013 Acrylonitrile Butadi\u00e8ne Styr\u00e8ne  (injection)\" href=\"https:\/\/hybster.com\/materiaux\/abs-acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene-injection\/\">l&rsquo;ABS<\/a>, <a title=\"PC-Polycarbonate (Injection)\" href=\"https:\/\/hybster.com\/materiaux\/polycarbonate-pc-injection-plastique\/\">Le PC (Polycarbonate)<\/a>, PU (Polyurethanes), <a title=\"PA6 \u2013 Polyamide 6 (injection)\" href=\"https:\/\/hybster.com\/materiaux\/pa6-injection\/\">PA (Polyamides)<\/a>, sont \u00e9galement renvoy\u00e9s vers le segment \u00ab\u00a0AUTRES\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Cela ne veut pas dire qu&rsquo;elles ne sont pas des mati\u00e8res plastiques recyclables&#8230;.preuve en est, nous fabriquons des produits dans ces mat\u00e9riaux, en plastiques recycl\u00e9s. (donc c&rsquo;est techniquement possible, et les fili\u00e8res d&rsquo;approvisionnement existent !! )<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deux approches pour l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de mati\u00e8re biosourc\u00e9e ou recycl\u00e9e :<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>\u00e7\u00e0 passe ou \u00e7\u00e0 casse (au sens propre comme au sens figur\u00e9)<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>on se pose, on analyse, on fait les choses dans l&rsquo;ordre<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>A votre avis, on a choisi laquelle ? <br \/>Prenons un exemple simple (un bout de notre logo, \u00e7\u00e0 \u00e9vitera que d&rsquo;autres nous piquent les images&#8230;)<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\r\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"729\" height=\"638\" class=\"wp-image-4771\" style=\"width: 365px; Il est n\u00e9anmoins possible de coupler des familles de mati\u00e8res diff\u00e9rentes <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/hybster.com\/documentation\/materiaux-injection-bi-matiere\/\">(suivez notre guide)<\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><em>Note \u00e0 l&rsquo;attention des designers et chefs de produits<\/em> : L&rsquo;utilisation de plastiques recycl\u00e9s, peut avoir une influence sur le choix des coloris du produit fini, ou de son aspect (texture, rendu,&#8230;)<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>2 choix s&rsquo;offrent \u00e0 nous dans ce cas :<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Revendiquer l&rsquo;utilisation de plastiques recycl\u00e9s (on assume l&rsquo;aspect, on le communique, et on en fait un argument marketing)<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>On le cache (donc on utilise des artifices technologiques pour la cacher)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>il peut etre int\u00e9ressant, par exemple, d&rsquo;utiliser des renforts m\u00e9caniques (fibre de verre, charge min\u00e9rale,&#8230;) dans la partie \u00ab\u00a0cach\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb du produit, afin de lui apporter un peu plus de r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique, sans en avoir les d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ments sur les surfaces d&rsquo;aspect.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Les chefs de projets Hybster sont \u00e0 votre disposition pour vous
