L\u2019eau absorb\u00e9e ou fix\u00e9e par les mati\u00e8res plastiques a en effet tendance \u00e0 engendrer la formation de bulles ou des <strong>d\u00e9fauts d\u2019aspect<\/strong> (givres, stries superficielles\u2026) et dans certains cas une d\u00e9gradation des <strong>caract\u00e9ristiques m\u00e9caniques<\/strong> (pi\u00e8ce fragilis\u00e9e).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Dans la plupart des usines de transformation des mati\u00e8res plastiques, les s\u00e9cheurs de mati\u00e8res sont un \u00e9quipement standard.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-b17405d8 gb-headline-text\">Mati\u00e8res plastiques non hygroscopiques<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>L\u2019exception \u00e0 cette r\u00e8gle serait les installations qui traitent exclusivement des polyol\u00e9fines telles que le poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne et le polypropyl\u00e8ne (\u00e9videmment, non charg\u00e9s en Talc ou fibres de verre). Ce sont parmi les rares familles de polym\u00e8res qui ne n\u00e9cessitent pas de s\u00e9chage car ces familles de mat\u00e9riaux ne sont pas hygroscopiques (Elle n\u2019absorbent pas l\u2019eau).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Les mat\u00e9riaux comme le poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne sont non polaires, tandis que l\u2019eau est une substance hautement polaire qui agit comme un petit aimant avec une extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 charg\u00e9e n\u00e9gativement et une extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 charg\u00e9e positivement. L\u2019eau n\u2019a aucune affinit\u00e9 pour les polym\u00e8res non polaires. Exposer du poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne ou du polypropyl\u00e8ne \u00e0 l\u2019eau, c\u2019est comme mettre de l\u2019huile dans l\u2019eau. Les deux substances se s\u00e9parent imm\u00e9diatement parce qu\u2019elles n\u2019ont rien en commun chimiquement.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-769b5886 gb-headline-text\">Mati\u00e8res plastiques hygroscopiques<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Mais presque <strong>tous les autres polym\u00e8res commerciaux sont capables d\u2019absorber une certaine quantit\u00e9 d\u2019humidit\u00e9 de l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re<\/strong>, puisqu&rsquo;ils pr\u00e9sentent un certain niveau de polarit\u00e9 .La quantit\u00e9 d\u2019humidit\u00e9 qu\u2019un polym\u00e8re donn\u00e9 peut absorber d\u00e9pend de la chimie du polym\u00e8re et des conditions atmosph\u00e9riques auxquelles il est expos\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Les polym\u00e8res tels que les HIPS (Polystyr\u00e8ne) ne sont que l\u00e9g\u00e8rement polaires et m\u00eame \u00e0 saturation, ils ne peuvent contenir que 0,07% d\u2019humidit\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019autre extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 du spectre se trouve le Polyamide (Nylon), un polym\u00e8re hautement polaire qui, lorsqu\u2019il est pris au point de saturation, peut absorber 8 \u00e0 9% d\u2019eau (soit 100 fois plus qu\u2019un HIPS).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Souvent confondus par certains transformateurs, <strong>l\u2019\u00e9tuvage et la dessiccation sont 2 proc\u00e9d\u00e9s diff\u00e9rents <\/strong>qu\u2019il convient d\u2019utiliser de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e, en fonction du mat\u00e9riau et de son caract\u00e8re hygroscopique.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Chez Hybster, nous avons fait le choix, depuis le premier jour, d\u2019utiliser un syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9chage centralis\u00e9, qui alimente toutes nos presses \u00e0 injecter gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un r\u00e9seau d\u2019alimentation sous vide, de coloration sur chaque machine, et de syst\u00e8me d\u2019int\u00e9gration de mati\u00e8res recycl\u00e9es.
